• The items should be in their original packaging and condition, unworn and unwashed.
• Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.

Return Process

2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Include the RMA number in your return package and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
